This price list is a guideline and may management reserve the right to change it id necessary. Prices will be confirmed on order.
V.A.T.
Wholesale prices as indicated, are V.A.T exclusive and are ex-nursery, that is they exclude transport.
AVAILABILITY OF PLANTS
Our business is seasonal and sale is subject to availability.
MINIMUM ORDERS
Prices quoted in this price list are subject to adjustment without notice, should circumstances so require, and applY to wholesale orders.
The minimum value for orders is R5 000 per order, with minimums plants numbers per variety, to reduce transport costs, as follows:
- 16 (sixteen) per variety 15cm pots or 9 (nine) per variety 17cm pots
- 5 (five) plants per variety in 20 and 25cm pots.
- 1 (One ) or more plant per variety larger containers
Smaller quantities than the above mentioned are sold at wholesale prices plus 15% Â 20%, if the order is accepted.
TROLLEYS
Trolleys on which plants are dispatched, will be invoiced to the client. It is the responsibility of the client to return the trolley IMMEDIATELY for a credit.
RETURNS
Plant returns will only be accepted if communicated to our sales office prior to accepting delivery or by arrangement once delivery has been finalised. We reserve the right to inspect all plants before accepting returns, and credit for transport will not be considered for plants that were accepted at the time of delivery.
Ownership of plans delivered will have passed notwithstanding the fact that clients staff have not checked them properly.
Credit prices will be equal to the invoiced price, net of discounts.
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time, without prior notice. Terms will be confirmed at the time of accepting the order.
PAYMENTS
Please pay using our Snapscan code or registered customers may pay electronically. We do not accept cheques and all cash deposit fees will be added to the amount due.
